I recently had a strange dream. I will tell you what I saw, what I heard and what I "thought" during this dream.
First, I
do not remember the exact words, but there was someone talking sort of
like a narrator in this dream. The voice was talking about the mark of
the beast.
The visual component of the dream was particularly strange. It was a circumcision being performed.
During this dream I was aware that it was a dream and I was telling myself that it was very important that I remember the dream.
Before the Great Tribulation God will circumcise out of humanity a remnant unto Himself. That is how I interpret the dream.
The Hebrew word karath is often used in the Old Testament to refer to the forging of a covenant. It is also used to refer to circumcision. The word karath means "to cut." When God covenants with Abraham He "cuts" Abraham out of the rest of mankind. God separates Abraham unto Himself.
My
dream was not prophetic. It was just my mind replaying what the
Scriptures already tell us. I was being reminded of what I already know.
You do not need to worry about the Mark of the Beast if you are secure
in Jesus Christ.
You
become secure in Jesus by following his will for your life and
resisting sin. When you allow yourself to fall into sin it separates you
form the voice of God. You are the one who actively moves away from
God. If you continue in sin you may even walk away from your faith
completely.
This
is why it important to confess all sin to God and ask forgiveness for
it immediately. Stay in prayer and ask God to give you the victory.
Enlist the help of fellow Christians when it is too much for you.
